My passion is championing individuals to embrace their soul's desire to live authentically.
As someone who has known ecstatic joy – time in nature, healing in Hawaii, writing a book, children, grandsons, falling in love, -- and the soul-crushing loss of my sister, childhood trauma, eating disorders, and addiction, I know how easy it is to feel lost in this life.
Professionally, I’ve reinvented myself several times: from nurse to human resource professional, then Learning & Development consultant, and now to an ICF-certified life coach. I live to be in alignment with my needs, while still caring for others.
As a client, you can expect that I will bring wisdom from my own transformative journey in support of yours. I enjoy being there with my clients as they achieve their dreams, and championing them when the going gets hard. Thanks to a master's certificate in stress management; certificates in human resources, global (workforce) mobility, massage therapy, and an ongoing study of astrology, I integrate whole-person care and restorative energy as part of my work.

Everyone has life challenges they must face and heal in order to begin living. For me, the sacred earth in Hawaii and spirituality that I found there helped me to come to terms with mine.
I began my journeys to Hawaii over 35 years ago and started writing, "Listen to Your Wisdom" in 1995. Each time I returned from Kauai, Maui, Molokai, the Big Island or Oahu, I would process my hurts. I leaned into living, healing and becoming, which gave me the key insights needed to finish and publish this book.
"Listen to Your Wisdom" is my journey of healing and reinvention.
I share it with anyone who is in the process of rebuilding and transforming. Like coaching, my hope is to support anyone on the journey of finding their personal Hawaii - where the soul connects - and start living their heart's authentic truth.
